With anthony in milburn. felt a little flat for this workout, don't know why, but need to fix that. nick directed the workout, giving splits to hit and telling us which parts of the intervals to run hard. in fact, i had no idea what distance i was running until i was about to start the interval. the last lap of the 2000, 1600, and last 800, were run hard. splits: 800-2:31, 2k-6:18 (5:11, 65), 400-75, 800-2:28, 1600-4:58(3:48, 70), 400-71, 800-2:24(74, 69), 400-68. |
