Starting Wednesday, the giant retailer will allow customers to take advantage of special mobile-coupon offers on their handsets.

The coupon is redeemed when the bar code on the phone is scanned at checkout. Offers are good only once and expire on the dates listed. “We believe it’s a competitive advantage for us,” says Target.com President Steve Eastman.

there have been 75 checkins by 43 people at won dee siam I, which, btw, is some of the best thai in all of manhattan.

of those 43 folks who have checked in, 2 are myself (former, rightful mayor :) ) and ong (current mayor)

of the remaining 41 unique visitors, let’s assume each has checked in once.

75 – 41 = 34.

i have checked in to won dee 20 times.

34 – 20 = 14

therefore, ong has checked in at most 14 times yet he is mayor?! i cry foul. this is like bush v. gore all over again. i demand a recount.
